I agree, the performance of every member in the software development team matters. In this article though, I chose to throw light on some really effective metrics that I have personally used in order to help team leaders measure the productivity of developers.

Indeed, outcomes and behaviours have a much larger and long term impact on the performance of the team. Productivity can either be the first step towards nurturing the desired behaviours and mindsets or it can be a by-product of the same. It depends on what approach suits the team the best.
